Wade Financial Services (WFS), located in Charlotte,North Carolina, is a full-service nationwide real estate mortgage company. We service both retail and wholesale clients, specializing in the credit union industry. WFS understands, that for our clients, a real estate transactions can be a challenging experience. Our philosophy and commitment is to make the client feel comfortable and empowered. We are able to achieve a standard of success by researching the best possible loan choice for each individual client. ABOUT THE PRESIDENT |

Stanley received his business education from West Los Angeles College. He is licensed by the California Department of Real Estate, Florida Department of Revenue and North Carolina Commissioner of Banks as a Real Estate Mortgage Broker. Stanley Wade is the Founder and President of Wade Financial Services, and has over 20 years experience in real estate finance.
He is a well-rounded businessman serving as President of the Executive Board of Directors for the Pasadena Police Activities League and Member of the Board of Directors for the California African American Museum. He is also a member of the California Association of Mortgage Brokers and North Carolina Mortgage Brokers Association.
